JDKについて調べてみる。

　FreeBSD, JavaとかでググってみたらFreeBSD Java® Projectがトップに来た。へ〜JDK1.5もいけるのか〜。JDK1.5の詳細をみるとSep.03,2005にpatch2が出てbetaレベルとある。まあ、トラブって困るほどのものを動かす訳ではないし、Jail環境でさえ人様にご迷惑を掛けるようであれば止めても構わないし、ローカル環境へ入れてみるか。

　JBossはすでにEJB3.0で遊べるハズなのでJDK1.5は必須だし。

The JDK 1.5.0 patchset for BSD is still under development and is currently considered BETA quality. Its use in a production environment is at your own risk.

The source code for the JDK is available from Sun here. You will need to obtain the JDK 5.0 download (both SCSL Source and SCSL Binaries).

Once you have done this and agreed to the SCSL you can proceed to download the latest BSD JDK 1.5.0 patchset. This contains patches, build instructions and other related information.
